建立了一种新的测定Fenton反应产生羟自由基·OH的方法。Ce3+在稀硫酸中能产生特征荧光,其最大激发波长和发射波长分别为 280 nm和360 nm。 Fenton反应产生的·OH能将 Ce3+氧化成 Ce4+,用荧光法测定 Ce3+的荧光强度变化即可间接测定羟自由基的产生量。通过对测定条件的研究,得到最佳实验条件。结果表明,该方法稳定性好、操作简便。测定快速,可作为一种简便的筛选抗氧化剂的方法。
A new method for the determination of hydroxyl radical · OH by Fenton reaction was established. Ce3 + can produce characteristic fluorescence in dilute sulfuric acid, the maximum excitation wavelength and emission wavelength are 280 nm and 360 nm, respectively. · OH generated by Fenton reaction can oxidize Ce3 + to Ce4 +, and the amount of hydroxyl radical generated can be indirectly measured by measuring the fluorescence intensity of Ce3 + by fluorescence method. Through the study of measurement conditions, the best experimental conditions were obtained. The results show that the method is stable and easy to operate. Rapid determination, can be used as a simple method of screening antioxidants.
