针对建筑物稳定性受各种因素影响,易出现沉降变形现象,设计了三维激光扫描技术的建筑物沉降在线预测系统。该系统中三维激光扫描仪硬件子系统负责采集建筑物的真实三维点云数据;后处理控制软件子系统通过三维激光扫描仪控制软件控制扫描速度,建筑物沉降预测软件通过点云拼接与点云数据预处理构建建筑物三维模型,利用最小二乘原理结合监测点的坐标,获取监测面即回归平面和建筑物沉降数据,利用二次移动平均法提取沉降数据的趋势

首部SC型双偏振天气雷达性能测试及差分量分析
对吉安大修升级后首部SC型双偏振天气雷达,按照升级大纲要求进行性能参数测试,主要性能参数测试表明,动态范围、噪声系数、强度定标、径向速度检验、差分参量等主要参数指标均满足设计要求。接收机水平通道和垂直通道的参数指标经测试两通道之间存有一定偏差,这种不确定偏差会引起双偏振差分反射率ZDR、差分相移ΦDP、差分相移率KDP、相关系数PHV等参量的误差,因此每年汛期前及年终需对雷达系统进行定期巡检标定确保业务使用质量。同时详细给出各性能参数具体测
