针对安徽某铜矿原矿品位下降,铜的回收率有所降低的问题,进行了选矿试验研究。采用半优先半混合浮选流程以及中矿选择性分级再磨工艺,最终获得的总铜精矿铜品位为20.71%,回收率为91.53%。在保证现有流程铜品位20.70%的情况下,回收率比原有流程提高了1.13%。
Aiming at the drop of ore grade in a copper mine in Anhui Province, the recovery of copper has been reduced, and beneficiation tests have been conducted. The semi-first semi-mixed flotation process and selective re-grinding of medium ore were used to obtain the final copper grade of 20.71% and the recovery rate of 91.53%. The recovery rate is 1.13% higher than that of the original process while ensuring that the current grade of copper is 20.70%.
