本文对十字花科芸苔属欧州油菜花粉和椴树属椴树花粉,以索姆洁法测定了还原糖:以凯达文法测定了全氮量,以日立835—50型氨基酸分析仪测定了蛋白氨基酸和游离氨基酸,以光谱半定量法测定了无机元素含量。这些成分对机体的营养和延缓衰老有一定价值。
In this paper, reducing sugars were determined by Soxhlet method for Brassica brassica pollen and Eucalyptus eucalyptus pollen. The total nitrogen was determined by Kadda grammar and determined by Hitachi 835-50 amino acid analyzer. Protein amino acids and free amino acids were determined by spectroscopic semi-quantitative method. These ingredients have some value in the body’s nutrition and anti-aging.
