为探讨闪声融合频率与听觉疲劳的关系,测量了80名接触噪声工人和60名非接触噪声人员的脉冲声和双音调闪声融合频率。采用自制的闪声融合频率测试软件,在微机上引出刺激声信号。比较正常人群组融合频率与年龄的关系,以及噪声作业人群接触噪声前后的闪声融合频率。结果表明,正常人群组闪声融合频率与性别和耳别无关,50~59岁年龄组与49岁以下各年龄组的闪声融合频率相比,差异有显著性,闪声刺激声在其载波或中心频率为1000Hz时较为敏感,双音调闪烁音程在约1/40倍频程时,对受试者筛选价值较高。接触噪声人群的闪声融合频率与听觉疲劳的重要指标暂时性听阈阈移有着明显的一致性。闪声融合频率测试具有较高的稳定性、重复性和较小的离散度,其所需声学条件较为简单,是一种有实用意义的阈上听力测试方法。
To investigate the relationship between the frequency of flash fusion and auditory fatigue, the pulse frequency and dual-tone flash fusion frequency of 80 contact noise workers and 60 non-contact noise workers were measured. Self-made flash-fusion frequency test software, leads to the stimulus sound signal on the computer. The relationship between frequency of fusion and age and the frequency of flash fusion before and after exposure to noise were compared among normal population. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the frequency of flash fusion between the age group of 50 ~ 59 years and the age group of 49 years old Carrier or center frequency is more sensitive to 1000Hz, double tone flicker interval at about 1 / 40th octave, the screening of subjects is more valuable. There is a clear consistency between the frequency of flash fusion and the threshold of temporary hearing threshold, which is an important index of auditory fatigue. The blink fusion frequency test has high stability, repeatability and small dispersion, the required acoustic conditions is relatively simple, is a practical method of threshold hearing test.
