按照中共中央、国务院关于当前经济情况和加强宏观调控的意见要求,结合我省的实际情况,省政府决定对全省全社会固定资产投资在建项目进行一次清理,并严格控制新开工项目的审批。为此,特作如下通知:一、清理范围清理固定资产投资在建项目的范围,包括全省全社会固定资产投资在建项目,即全民所有制建设项目、集体所有制建设项目、个体建设项目。重点是全民所有制基本建设项目、商品房屋开发项目和技改项目。
