On December 4, 2014, the first “National Constitution Day” large-scale publicity campaign jointly organized by the provincial and municipal people’s congresses, provincial governments under the jurisdiction of the province (city) and the judiciary was held in the Post and Telecommunication Plaza of the Clock Tower.
