SMA混合料(沥青玛蹄脂碎石混合料)在国外已有较大发展,尤其是在美国,90年代初自欧洲引进该项技术以来,在重交通道路上均获得成功的应用。在我国,近年来也已开始逐步进行对 SMA的研究并有了实践。SMA是一种稳定、坚实的抗车辙路面混合料,本文结合320国道浙江省嘉兴段铺筑的SMA试验段,就SMA混合料对级配材料的要求、施工工艺和设备状况以及路用性能等方面作了进一步的研究和探讨。实践表明,SMA混合料对抗裂、抗滑和提高耐久性、水稳定性、延长使用寿命都是非常有效的。
SMA mixture (asphalt mastic asphalt mixture) has been developed abroad, especially in the United States, since the early 90s since the introduction of the technology in Europe, have been successfully applied in heavy traffic. In our country, in recent years, we have also started to carry out the research on SMA gradually and put it into practice. SMA is a kind of stable and solid anti-rutting pavement mixture. Combined with the SMA test section paved by Jiaxing Section of State Highway 320 in Zhejiang Province, SMA is used to study the requirements of graded materials, construction technology and equipment status, road performance, etc. Made further research and discussion. Practice has shown that SMA compounds are very effective against cracking, anti-skidding and durability enhancement, water stability, and extended service life.
