精致化管理作为目前教育理论界的前沿思考,其理念为新时期学生党员的教育管理工作提供了新的视角和思路。目前,学生党员教育管理工作中存在着目标定位模糊、缺乏科学合理的评价机制、细节有待完善、缺乏入党后的继续教育与管理等问题。高校应从精准目标、精细过程、精良结果三个角度完善和落实学生党员的精致化教育管理。
Exquisite management as the frontline thinking of educational theory circles, its concept for the new era of education and management of student party members provides a new perspective and ideas. At present, the student party members’ education management has the problems of ambiguous goals, lack of scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism, details to be improved, and lack of continuing education and management after joining the party. Colleges and universities should improve and implement the refined education and management of student party members from the three perspectives of precise goals, elaborate processes and excellent results.
