T_1-100、TY120和移山-80等推土机的杠杆压紧非经常接合式主离合器,通过五个橡胶帆布连接块与发动机飞轮相联接。在发动机曲轴中心线与主离合器轴中心线间发生倾斜或稍有偏移的情况下,这种弹性橡胶帆布连接块仍能可靠地传递扭矩,起弹性联轴器的作用。但当上述偏斜或偏移过大,则橡胶帆布连接块受力异常,从而使其产生早期损坏。特别是推土机大修后,由于总装工艺不合理及缺少检验仪具,不能保证发动机定位精确度,使发动机与主离合器间的偏斜、偏移过大,在使用中造成早期磨损十分普遍。
