机械类的机修钳工的理论授课,要求教师不仅需要具备一定专业理论知识,更需要具有丰富的、直观的、形象的实践动手能力,故在讲述机床装配时,尤其要注意利用教学模型、多媒体动画演示等直观教学手段,最好进行实地现场授课。笔者在讲述CA6140型卧式车床的装配时就是利用了这种教学手法。这不仅利于教师授课,而且学生对复杂抽象的内容也容易听懂接受,实践证明,此方法对提高教学效果能起到事半功倍的作用。
