随着炼油装置自动控制水平的提高,在线质量仪表得到了进一步地使用。同时也出现了一个新问题,即每台分析仪表排出的分析油样如何处理。目前各厂基本上作为污油加以处理。据我们调查,一台在线质量仪表一年要排出60吨油,在操作平稳时,这些油都是合格的成品油。为了回收这部分油,我们采取每种油品分别进各自贮罐,经分析合格后,分别用专用泵送走。但这么小的电泵不容易
