颅内肿瘤合并出血多为瘤内或瘤周出血[1,2]，合并非肿瘤区域的血肿（远隔部位血肿）罕见报道，且文献报道的颅内肿瘤合并出血病人术前均获得明确诊断。我院诊治了术前短期内影像学检查确诊为单纯颅内肿瘤，但术中发现合并远隔部位的颅内血肿2例，报道如下。1病例介绍例1女，17
Intracranial tumors with hemorrhage and peritumoral hemorrhage were mostly intra-peritumoral hemorrhage [1,2]. Hematomas (distant hematoma) in the non-tumor area were rarely reported, and the reported cases of intracranial tumors with hemorrhage in the literature were confirmed before operation . Our hospital diagnosed preoperative short-term imaging diagnosis was diagnosed as a simple intracranial tumor, but found intracranial hematoma in the remote site in 2 cases, reported as follows. 1 case introduction example 1 female, 17
