近年,我们曾经成功地抢救了3例有机磷混合农药中毒,现报告如下: 例1:男,41岁。因在农田喷洒“1605”加米虫脒混合药液, 4小时后出现头昏,呕吐,全身乏力,送来我院。检查:神志模糊、言语不清、四肢肌束震颤,瞳孔两侧缩小,直径约2mm,心肺阴性。入院后及时除去污染的衣服与鞋袜,并用服皂水清洗污染部位,给予阿托品0．5mg皮下注射、解磷注射液50mg 肌注,10分钟后,心率增快为132次,分钟,律齐,临床症状无改
