由中国第一历史档案馆和日本冲绳县县立图书馆联合举办的“第二届中国·琉球历史关系研讨会”,于1993年10月9日在北京召开。以馆长、研究馆员徐艺圃先生为团长的中国第一历史档案馆代表团、以冲绳县立图书馆馆长金城功先生为团长的冲绳县教育委员会代表团出席了会议。参加会议的还有来自日本琉球大学、法政大学、白梅学园大学、长岗工业高等专门学校、冲绳国际大学、神户女学院大学的专家、学者;有来自中国人民大学、中国社科文献出版社、福建师范大学的专家、学者;有来自国家档案局、北京市档案局及中国第一历史档案馆的专家、学者,共60余人。会议由中国第一历史档案馆副馆长、研究馆员秦国经先生主持。徐艺圃先生和金城功先生先后致词,对研讨会的胜利召开表示热烈地祝贺。接着,中日学者分别作学术报告。下面以发言先后为序,进行简要介绍。
The “2nd China-Ryukyu Historical Relations Seminar” jointly held by China's First Historical Archives and Japan's Okinawa Prefectural Library was held in Beijing on October 9, 1993. A delegation from China's First Historical Archives delegation led by curator Xu Xupu, a research librarian, and the Okinawa Board of Education headed by Mr. Jincheng Gong, curator of Okinawa Prefectural Library attended the conference. Also attending the meeting were experts and scholars from Ryukyus University, Hosei University, Baimei Gakuen University, Nagaokou Technical College, Okinawa International University and Kobe Women's University; alumni from Chinese People's University, China Social Science Press, Fujian Normal University experts and scholars; there are more than 60 experts and scholars from the National Archives Bureau, Beijing Archives Bureau and China's First Historical Archives. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Qin Guojing, Associate Curator of China's First Historical Archives and Research Librarian. Mr. Xu Yi Pu and Mr. Jincheng Gong addressed successively and warmly congratulated on the victory of the seminar. Then, scholars from China and Japan made academic reports respectively.
