目的:对市场流通的麦芽进行调查,对麦芽当前存在的质量问题和原因进行分析,在此基础上提出相应的建议,以有效促进麦芽质量的改进和提升,使其更好的为中医临床服务.方法:采用市场调查法对中药材市场麦芽的流通情况进行实地调查,收集不同批次的中药麦芽样品;采用2015年版《药典》的药材取样法对统计的有效数据进行整理和分析.结果:市场上流通的麦芽质量参差不齐,尤其在出芽率方面差异较大,同时亦无等级划分的标准.结论:麦芽应符合含杂率不高于1%,出芽率不少于85%,无虫蛀、无霉变的质控标准,并建议将麦芽划为中药饮片的范畴.“,”Objective: To analyze the the quality problems and causes of commercial Maiya (Hordei Fructus Germinatus) through investigation. On this basis, the corresponding recommendations were suggested in order to improve and enhance the quality of Maiya (Hordei Fructus Germinatus), which can be used better for Chinese medicine clinical services. Methods: The market research was used toinvestigate the distribution of Maiya (Hordei Fructus Germinatus) in the market of Chinese herbal medicine field. Different batches of Chinese medicine malt samples were collected; The effective data of the statistics were sorted and analyzed by the Chinese pharmacopoeia(2015). Results: The quality of the Maiya (Hordei Fructus Germinatus) in the market is uneven, especially in the budding rate, and there is no standard of grade classification. Conclusion: Maiya (Hordei Fructus Germinatus) should meet the quality control standards including inclusion rate of not more than 1%, the germination rate of not less than 85%, without moth, and without mildew. And the proposed malt is divided into the scope of Chinese medicine Pieces.
