今年我国人民在全面完成和超额完成第六个五年计划的基础上,以坚定和稳健的步伐跨进了国民经济和社会发展第七个五年计划(1986～1990)的新时期。“六五”期间,我国的社会主义建设在各个方面都取得了伟大的成就,在党的十一届三中全会以来的正确路线指引下,开辟了建国以来经济发展生机最旺盛的新时期,国家的经济面貌发生了巨大而深刻的变化。这些都使“七五”计划的制定和执行建立在牢固可靠的基础上。回顾过去,展望未来,使我们对实现“七五”计划再展宏图充满了信心和力量。
This year our people stepped into the new period of the Seventh Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development (1986-1990) with firm and steady pace based on the full accomplishment of the sixth five-year plan and overfulfilling the sixth five-year plan. During the “Sixth Five-Year Plan” period, our country’s socialist construction has made great achievements in all aspects. Under the guidance of the correct line since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, we have opened up a new period of vigorous economic development since the founding of our nation. The country’s economic landscape has undergone tremendous and profound changes. All this has enabled the formulation and implementation of the “7th Five-Year Plan” on a solid and reliable basis. Looking back and looking forward to the future, we are full of confidence and strength in implementing the grand plan of the Seventh Five-Year Plan.
