在目前我国沿海船舶中,燃烧渣油的主锅炉已占相当数量。对这类船舶在实现主锅炉自动点火系统的研究中,如何点火是个关键问题。假如能使具有一定油压、油温并经喷油咀喷出的渣油直接由点火器点燃,那末,这就为实现锅炉自动点火创造了有利条件。本文所介绍的就是这种能直接点燃渣油的拉弧式点火器。 去年,我们在“工农兵13号”轮(船上电沅为直流110V)上搞技改时,试制了一种低压拉弧式点火器,经现场试验,效果良好,现就其结构和动作原理作一简单介绍。 结构:图1示出低压拉弧式点火器的简单结构。图中7为支架,在7上固定着筒形电磁线圈8,7上有导板4,可在滑槽中移动,导板一端与衔铁10连接一起,导板上方同时带有两根彼此绝缘的电极5,其中上面一根套有弹簧的上电极,可在导板支架的小孔中前后移动,下面那根电极则被固定住。可动铁心2外部套有压缩弹簧6。其它部件见图1。
