目的:通过对应用YLⅠ型颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针行微创穿刺与锥颅碎吸治疗高血压性脑出血的对照研究,了解两种不同手术方法在死亡率和生活能力(ADL1 -3)方面的差异。方法:适合手术的高血性脑出血患者100 例随机抽样分为两组,分别采用微创穿刺与锥颅碎吸治疗。结果:微创组死亡率10-0% 虽低于碎吸组22-0 % ,但两组间无统计学差异( P> 0-05) ;而半年后的生活质量(ADL1~3) 前者明显优于后者,两组间有显著性差异( P< 0-05)。结论:微创穿刺与锥颅碎吸治疗高血压性脑出血相比能更好地提高患者的生活质量。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the control efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous puncture of YLⅠ intracranial hematoma with puncture needle for the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH), and to understand the relationship between mortality and viability (ADL1 -3 ) Differences. Methods: One hundred patients with hypercapnic cerebral hemorrhage suitable for operation were randomly divided into two groups, which were treated by minimally invasive puncture and cone cranial suction respectively. Results: The mortality rate of minimally invasive group was 10-0% lower than that of desmining group (22-0%), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0-05) Significantly better than the latter, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0-05). CONCLUSIONS: Minimally invasive puncture and conization of the skull with craniocerebral compression can better improve the quality of life of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
