Describes the design of a dedicated VHF frequency synthesizer and some of the key technologies in implementation. The output frequency range of the synthesizer is 99.3MHz ~ 100.7MHz; the pitch is coarse (20kHz) and fine (100Hz) in two steps; the stability of the output short-term frequency is 3 × 10 (-9) / 25ms and 1 × 10 -10) / s.
