当前,各条战线的工作,都出现了改革的浪潮。是在改革中破浪前进,还是在保守思想的束缚下,停顿不前,这也是检验我们每一个档案工作者,是否在政治上同党中央保持一致的问题。江西省的档案工作,在基本上完成恢复、整顿任务以后,在开创新局面的工作中,需要探索和解决哪些新课题,是全省档案工作者面临的迫切任务。什么是当前档案工作中的新课题?可能有各种不同的认识。我们认为,档案工作的新课題,如果只是从具体业务改革的角度来考虑,可以列出许多项目。
