我国从2011年开始提出现代学徒制这一概念,并在2014年发布的《现代职业教育体系建设规划(2014-2020年)》中明确提出了要发展现代学徒制的职业教育模式。职业教育中现代学徒制的应用有着极大的意义和作用,突出表现为现代学徒制的应用有助于促进校企合作,有助于提升学生综合素质,有助于缓解社会的就业压力。现代学徒制的现代性既是职业教育研究必须追问的理论问题,也是影响相关职业教育改革成效的关键所在。
Since 2011, China has proposed the concept of modern apprenticeship and explicitly proposed the vocational education mode for developing modern apprenticeship in the “2014-2020 Plan for the Construction of Modern Vocational Education System” (2014-2020). The application of modern apprenticeship in vocational education has great significance and function. It highlights that the application of modern apprenticeship helps to promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises, helps to improve the overall quality of students and helps alleviate the employment pressure in the society. The modernity of modern apprenticeship is not only the theoretical issue that must be questioned in the study of vocational education, but also the key to the success of the reform in vocational education.
