随着事业单位体制的改革不断深化,如何更好地选拔和培养人才,如何实现人力资源管理的系统化和科学化成为迫切需要解决的问题,推进人力资源信息化建设势在必行。笔者主要对如何进行事业单位的人力资源信息化建设进行探讨。
With the deepening of institutional reform in public institutions, how to better select and train qualified personnel and how to systematize and scientifically manage human resources have become urgent problems to be solved. It is imperative to promote the informatization construction of human resources. The author mainly discusses how to carry out the construction of human resources information in public institutions.
