目的:应用中药汤剂加尿道扩张治疗女性尿道综合征。方法:中药汤剂结合定期尿道扩张治疗女性尿道综合征22例,治疗1周为1疗程,一般需1～3个疗程。结果:治疗1个疗程症状消失者11例,3个疗程症状消失者10例,无效1例。结论:应用本方法治疗女性尿道综合征,达到了临床满意疗效。
Objective: To treat female urethral syndrome with decoction of traditional Chinese medicine and urethral dilation. Methods: Chinese medicine decoction combined with regular urethral dilation in the treatment of female urethral syndrome in 22 cases, treatment for 1 week for a course of treatment, usually 1 to 3 courses. Results: Treatment of 1 course of symptoms disappeared in 11 cases, 3 courses of symptoms disappeared in 10 cases, 1 case of ineffective. Conclusion: The application of this method in the treatment of female urethral syndrome, achieved a satisfactory clinical effect.
