十二月二、三日在北京召开了计算机学会正、副主任委员会议。出席的有:代主任委员蒋士騛,副主任委员陈力为、张效祥、张梓昌、莫根生、王湘浩、陈仁甫、徐家福、刘世骅,慈云桂因另有重要会议派周堤基代出席,学术秘书、各工作委员会、办公室负责人陈树楷、金兰、张伟以及学会工作人员等共19人。郭平欣和冯康因外事活动请假,唐迪武缺席。中国电子学会办公室路乃绍同志参加了第一天会议。
