近年来我国经济飞速发展,社会生活水平的显著提高,人们的需求也由吃饱穿暖转变到养生保健,这就使得保健食品得到大量需求,保健品市场空前火爆。一方面,保健食品行业在直销的销售模式中发展迅速。另一方面,保健食品在直销过程中又出现了一系列法律问题,从生产环节到销售环节再到最后的宣传,涉及违反《食品安全法》《直销管理条例》《广告法》《价格法》等多部法律规范。故相关法律问题应得到高度关注,并得到妥善治理。
In recent years, China’s rapid economic development, social life improved significantly, people’s needs are full of warmth to health care, which makes a huge demand for health food products, health products market unprecedented hot. On the one hand, the health food industry is developing rapidly in the direct sales model. On the other hand, health food products in the direct sales process has emerged a series of legal issues, from production to sales links to the final publicity, involving violations of the “Food Safety Law,” “Direct Marketing” “Advertising Law” “Price Law” And many other legal norms. Therefore, relevant legal issues should be given high attention and be properly managed.
