2013年,荆州市总工会利用“党建带工建”这一政策优势,在工会组建和工会组织规范化建设上下功夫,与市委组织部、统战部、市工商联联合下发《关于深化党建带工建推动非公经济代表人士所在企业组建工会的通知》,合力推动工会工作。“党建带工建、工建服务党建”是工会工作的一项特色,非公有制经济代表人士是非公有制经济人士中的先进分子,是社会主义现代化建设的积极力量。他们中有许多人担任着人大代表、政协委员或工商联执委等重要职务,有较高的社会知名度和影响。其所在的企业一般规模较大,职工人数较多。这些单位工会工作的深入开展,可以带动全市非公有制企业工会工作,广泛地调动广大职工的积极性,协调稳定劳动关系,促进经济社会发展。
In 2013, Jingzhou Federation of Trade Unions made use of the policy advantages of “building by the Party with construction workers” to work hard on the formation of trade unions and the standardization of trade union organizations, and jointly issued with the Municipal Organization Department, the United Front Work Department and the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce on “Deepening Party Building With Industry and Construction to promote non-public economic enterprises where representatives set up a union notice ”, work together to promote trade unions. “Party building and building, building and construction of party services” is a feature of the work of the trade unions. Non-public ownership economic representatives are advanced elements in the non-public sector of the economy and are active forces in the socialist modernization drive. Many of them hold important positions such as NPC deputies, CPPCC members or the Executive Committee of the Federation of Industry and Commerce, which have a high social reputation and influence. The company where they are located is generally large in size and employs more people. The deepening of the trade union work in these units can drive the work of the trade unions of the non-public enterprises in the city, arouse the enthusiasm of the broad masses of workers extensively, coordinate and stabilize labor relations and promote economic and social development.
