目的大多数单侧唇裂继发鼻畸形者的鼻中隔都有不同程度的偏斜畸形,对外鼻形态以及通气功能产生一定的影响。文中就如何矫正进行研讨。方法首先对畸形的鼻中隔复位,然后采用旋转推进与悬吊术矫正鼻翼软骨的畸形,最后施鼻、唇部软组织整形。结果 1994～1995年共矫治12例,随诊3～12个月,近期效果良好。结论鼻中隔畸形的矫治应视为单侧唇裂继发鼻畸形矫正的重要内容之一,这对手术效果的持久稳定具有重要的意义。
Purpose Most nasal septum secondary to nasal deformities of unilateral cleft lip have varying degrees of skew deformity, affecting nasal morphology and ventilatory function to a certain extent. The article discusses how to correct. Methods First deformity nasal septum reduction, and then use rotary propulsion and suspension surgery to correct the deformity of the alar cartilage, and finally nose, lip soft tissue shaping. Results A total of 12 cases were treated in 1994-1995 with a follow-up of 3 to 12 months. The results were good in the near future. Conclusion The treatment of nasal septum deformity should be considered as one of the important contents of secondary nasal deformity correction of unilateral cleft lip, which is of great significance to the long-term and stable surgical effect.
