作者报导了皮下注射前列腺素PGE_1和PGF_(2α)后成年雄性大鼠的生殖器官的重量、组织学、组织化学及生化指标的变化,及生育力、精子计数、精子活力、扫描电镜观察精子形态等检查结果。大白鼠体重约200克,分为三组:PGE_1 100μg/天/头30天;PGF_(2α)100μg/天/头30天;不给药对照组。于实验第31天将动物脱颈椎处死后取出生殖器官进行检查,每组另有部分雄鼠与雌鼠合笼交配,检查雄鼠的生育力。结果表明皮下注射PGE_1和PGF_(2α)的大鼠睾丸和付睾尾部精子计数明显减少(P<0.001),付睾尾部活动精子的百分率明显减少,生育力试验表明50%大鼠未孕。生殖器官重量测定结果:睾丸和附睾头、体、尾重量明显减轻,PGE_1对附睾的影响较PGF_(2α)更明显(P<0.001),
