[目的]研究粉唑醇在小麦和土壤中的消解与残留变化趋势,评价粉唑醇在小麦上使用的安全性。[方法]样品用乙腈提取,弗罗里硅土小柱净化,液相色谱测定。[结果]麦苗中粉唑醇的原始沉积量0.56~1.43 mg/kg,半衰期9.2~15.2 d;土壤中粉唑醇的原始沉积量0.34~1.22 mg/kg,半衰期9.9~13.6 d。间隔35 d后,粉唑醇在麦粉、麦秆和土壤中的残留均小于0.5 mg/kg。[结论]参照欧盟和日本规定粉唑醇在小麦上的最大残留限量为0.5 mg/kg的标准,粉唑醇250 g/L悬浮剂,按推荐剂量和方法使用,安全间隔35 d后的小麦是安全的。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the digestion and residue trend of flufenoxol in wheat and soil and evaluate the safety of flufenol used in wheat. [Method] The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up with Florisil silica column and determined by liquid chromatography. [Result] The initial deposition of flurazole alcohol in wheat seedling was 0.56-1.43 mg / kg with a half-life of 9.2-15.2 d. The original deposition of flufenol in soil was 0.34-1.22 mg / kg with a half-life of 9.9-13.6 d. After 35 days, the residues of flufenoxol in wheat flour, straw and soil were all less than 0.5 mg / kg. [Conclusion] According to the EU and Japan, the MRL of wheat flour was 0.5 mg / kg. Fluconazole 250 g / L was used as the recommended dosage and method. Wheat It is safe.
