近年来随着我国城市内外发展环境日趋复杂化,城市空间发展的多重属性要求促使战略规划的编制工作进入到以协同创新为标志的发展阶段。如何协同城市空间发展的各种要素并针对性的解决城市空间发展中的关键问题,使得战略规划更具操作性和实践意义,成为我国城市空间发展战略规划编制新的方向之一。本文以安徽省芜湖市为实证案例,系统论述与展示了城市空间发展战略规划“四个协同”的技术方法与核心内容,力求探索出一种城市发展战略规划编制转型的新模式。
In recent years, with the increasingly complicated internal and external environment for development in China's cities, the multiple attributes of urban spatial development have prompted the preparation of strategic planning to enter the stage of development marked by coordinated innovation. How to coordinate the various elements of urban space development and solve the key problems in the development of urban space in a targeted manner makes the strategic planning more operational and practical significance and becomes one of the new directions for the strategic planning of urban spatial development in China. This paper takes Wuhu City of Anhui Province as a case study and systematically discusses and demonstrates the technical methods and core contents of strategic planning of urban spatial development and “four synergies,” and seeks to find a new model for the transformation and preparation of urban development strategic planning.
