嘉兴市财政局企业处副处长周峰最近很矛盾。原因就在于中小企业。按理说扶持一个中小企业对于财政来说是一件很容易的事,也是财政理应做的。但问题就在于,周峰也主持了几件扶持中小企业的实例,但总是感觉不太舒服。
