21世纪是科学技术快速发展,全球经济呈现国际化、信息化新趋势的崭新世纪。在全球经济一体化背景下,企业之间的竞争与机遇是相辅相成的。在激烈的竞争中要获得生存和发展,企业需要不断的改革和创新。班组作为企业最小的生产单元,是企业在改革创新过程中的执行者、实践者,班组的建设和管理直接体现了企业改革和创新的成效。因此,班组管理在企业发展改革中的作用就显得尤为重要。国家的发展,依靠的是一个个不断改革发展的企业;企业的发展,依赖于一个个不断进步创新的班组。因此,班组管理的新模式也需要不断的探讨和尝试。
The 21st century is a brand-new century in which science and technology are developing rapidly and the global economy shows a new trend of internationalization and informationization. In the context of global economic integration, the competition and opportunities among enterprises are mutually reinforcing. In the fierce competition to survive and develop, companies need continuous reform and innovation. Team as the smallest unit of production is the enterprise in the process of reform and innovation, the practitioner, team construction and management directly reflects the effectiveness of enterprise reform and innovation. Therefore, the role of team management in the enterprise development and reform is particularly important. The development of a country depends on one continuous reform and development of enterprises; the development of an enterprise relies on one continual improvement and innovation team. Therefore, the new model of team management also need continuous exploration and try.
