著名经济学家张维迎日前表示,如果中国企业不提高竞争力的话,现在赖以生存的竞争优势五年后将荡然无存。 一直以来,中国企业的竞争优势,一是靠廉价资源,靠剥削高素质的员工维持生存;二是靠政府行政性的垄断和保护。民营企业也有两点,一是吃苦耐劳,靠加班加点;二是家族管理,成本低。比如,这个人值20万,国有企业付2万,民营企业付5万,它就是可以生存的,然而,当你要付出全部的20万时,你还能够生存吗?
