目的分析一起网购食品引起食物中毒事件的原因,为食物中毒的处理提供依据。方法按照《食品安全事故流行病学调查技术指南》,采用现场流行病学调查方法,参照GB 4789-2012和WS/T 80-1996进行病原菌的分离培养,并对检出菌进行血清型鉴定。结果此次食物中毒与11月16日食用网购外卖食品有关,患病21人,男女性别比1.10∶1;病例潜伏期短、发病时间集中,临床表现基本相似,以恶心、呕吐等症状为主;从20件标本中检出11株金黄色葡萄球菌,均产生肠毒素,未检出其它肠道致病菌。结论应加强网购食品安全监管,加强个人卫生,防止食品受到致病菌污染,避免该类事件再次发生。
Objective To analyze the causes of food poisoning caused by online shopping and provide the basis for food poisoning. Methods According to the Technical Guide for Epidemiological Investigation of Food Safety Incidents, the pathogenic bacteria were isolated and cultured according to GB 4789-2012 and WS / T 80-1996 using on-site epidemiological investigation method, and the serotypes of the strains were identified. Results The food poisoning was related to the e-commerce online take-away food on Nov. 16, with 21 cases of illness and a male / female ratio of 1.10: 1. The cases had a short incubation period, a concentrated onset time and basically similar clinical manifestations, with nausea and vomiting as the main symptoms. 11 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were detected from 20 specimens, all produced enterotoxins, and no other enteric pathogens were detected. Conclusion We should strengthen food safety supervision of online shopping, strengthen personal hygiene, prevent food from being contaminated by pathogenic bacteria and avoid such incidents happening again.
