目的:了解超声新技术在甲状腺良恶性结节诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取我院47例甲状腺结节的患者采用新型超声技术来对相关的病情进行诊断,病理的结果是诊断为良恶性结节标准,绘制出相关的受试者工作曲线,利用不同超声新技术单独或者联合应用对甲状腺结节的良恶性进行判断,明确技术的应用价值。结果:超声新技术如常规超声、超声造影及弹性成像等均对甲状腺结节良恶性判断具有应用意义。经过相关分析,单独使用弹性成像时诊断效能较高,准确度为83.0%。常规超声检查的效果次之,准确度为74.0%。超声造影的诊断效能最为低下,准确度为73.9%。当三者相互结合可以将敏感性提升至百分之百,常规超声联合弹性成像诊断的效能最高,达到了84.8%。结论:弹性成像超声判别甲状腺结节良恶性的敏感度及效能最高,当常规超声联合弹性成像共同作用于甲状腺良恶性结节诊断时会进一步提升诊断的价值。“,”Objective: to understand the new technology of ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Selectionmethods: our hospital endocrinology clinic in 47 cases of patients with thyroid nodules, new technologies applied alone or in combination with different ultrasonic to judgement of benign and malignant thyroid nodules, clarify the technical application value.Results:the ultrasonic new technologies such as conventional ultrasound, ultrasonic imaging and shear wave elastography is applied for benign and malignant thyroid nodule judgment. Through correlation analysis, separately using shear wave elastography accuracy is 83.0%. Conventional ultrasound accuracy is 74.0%. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound accuracy is 73.9%. When the three combination can be increased sensitivity to one hundred percent, conventional ultrasonic elastic joint shear wave imaging diagnosis efficiency is highest, reaching 84.8%. Conclusion:shear wave elastography ultrasonic identifying the sensitivity of the benign and malignant thyroid nodule and the highest efficiency, when conventional ultrasonic joint shear wave elastography work together to diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules wil further enhance the value of diagnosis.
