Caveolin-1,Ki-67和P53在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达意义

目的探讨窖蛋白-1(Caveolin-1),Ki-67和P53在子宫内膜样腺癌发生发展中的作用及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学染色法检测33例正常子宫内膜组织,45例子宫内膜非典型增生组织和58例子宫内膜样腺癌组织中Caveolin-1蛋白表达,分析Caveolin-1表达与子宫内膜样腺癌临床病理参数的关系及Caveolin-1表达与Ki-67和P53蛋白表达的相关性。结果 Caveolin-1在正常子宫内膜组织、子宫内膜非典型增生组织和子宫内膜样腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为36.36%,42.22%和62.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Caveolin-1的表达与组织学分级有关(P<0.05),与临床分级、淋巴结转移无关;Caveolin-1的表达与Ki-67及P53的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜样腺癌中Caveolin-1高表达提示其在子宫内膜样腺癌的发展中起到一定作用,且联合检测Caveolin-1,Ki-67及P53有助于子宫内膜样腺癌的诊断。 Objective To investigate the role and significance of Caveolin-1, Ki-67 and P53 in the development of endometrial adenocarcinoma. Methods The expression of Caveolin-1 in 33 cases of normal endometrium, 45 cases of endometrial atypical hyperplasia and 58 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical staining. The expressions of Caveolin-1 in the uterus The relationship between clinicopathological parameters and the expression of Caveolin-1 and Ki-67 and P53 protein in membranous adenocarcinoma. Results The positive rates of Caveolin-1 in normal endometrium, endometrial atypical hyperplasia and endometrial adenocarcinoma were 36.36%, 42.22% and 62.07%, respectively, with significant difference (P < 0.05). The expression of Caveolin-1 was correlated with histological grade (P <0.05), but not with clinical grade and lymph node metastasis. The expression of Caveolin-1 was positively correlated with the expression of Ki-67 and P53 (P <0.05). Conclusion The high expression of Caveolin-1 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma suggests that it plays a role in the development of endometrial adenocarcinoma. Combined detection of Caveolin-1, Ki-67 and P53 contributes to endometrioid adenocarcinoma Cancer diagnosis.
