Epilepsy is a common neurological disease that affects at least one out of every 200 people in the UK. Clinically, doctors sometimes confuse epilepsy with mental disorders, serious illnesses, and some less obvious seizures and are even completely ignored or misdiagnosed. Problems to Be Confirmed for Patients and Bystanders In adults, the most common diseases confused with seizures are syncope, panic attacks, over-breathing, migraine headache, or transient local ischemia. However, one of the most important factors contributing to a clear diagnosis is first-hand information on the actual incidence of the patient. Therefore, patients and bystanders need to be asked the following questions: (1) Are there any precursors? Can precursors be described? (2) What are the symptoms first of all without the precursor? Are the patients suddenly falling or the eyeballs turning? ) In the seizure period
