了解高职护生就业前焦虑状态,为针对性地进行教育与引导提供依据。应用高职护生就业焦虑原因问卷和焦虑量表(SAS)对高职护生进行调查。高职护生就业前期焦虑状态明显高于正常人及大学生。所以临近就业前的民办高职护生普遍存在焦虑情绪,其中有一定程度的就业焦虑,应重视护生的焦虑状况,提出解决焦虑情况的相关策略,及时进行心理疏导,提高护生心理健康水平。
Understand the anxiety of high vocational nursing students before employment, to provide the basis for targeted education and guidance. The employment anxiety questionnaire and anxiety scale (SAS) were used to investigate the higher vocational nursing students. The anxiety of pre-employment college students was significantly higher than that of normal students and college students. Therefore, before the employment of private higher vocational nursing students generally anxiety, which has a certain degree of employment anxiety, nursing students should pay attention to the anxiety situation, put forward solutions to anxiety related strategies, psychological counseling in a timely manner to improve mental health of nursing students .
