随着建设工程中各种新技术、新材料的不断进步发展,建设工程竣工验收时的主体结构的技术要求也随着技术规范的更新在相应的变化和提高。在混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范GB50204中对主体结构验收中明确的要求对混凝土强度、钢筋保护层厚度、结构的位置与尺寸偏差和板厚要进行现场实测。因为这四项内容不仅反映了主体结构整体质量的好坏,更是体现出施工企业队伍的管理水平和质量控制措施、工人队伍素质高低的综合反映。在建筑行业的一些新规范如混凝土设计规范GB50010-2010、混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范GB50204-2015等新标准的实施以及ISO新的评审准则的新要求,现在就建设工程主体质量检验出现的技术特点和体现出的质量缺陷、解决方案,与各位同行进行交流和探讨,共同促进建筑工程技术的不断提高。
