1 工程概况 附着式升降脚手架作为高层建筑或超高层建筑的外脚手架,比传统的落地式脚手架省工省料,快速经济,应用不受高度制约,且避免了高空搭设脚手架带来的安全隐患。故九十年代已普遍应用于高层建筑施工,获得了良好的经济效益。但是,由于此类脚手架在设计上不尽合理,安全装置不完善,加上施工组织管理上的薄弱,因而安全事故时有发生,其中又以整体式升降脚手架居多。整体升降脚手架存在的主要问题是:①整个系统总体设计安全系数偏小;②架体构造不够合理,强度、刚度不够;③动力系统自身存在缺陷;④安全保险装置不大可靠或缺少安全装置。
1 Project Overview As a scaffold for external scaffolding of high-rise buildings or super high-rise buildings, the attachment lifting scaffolding saves labor and material costs compared to traditional floor-standing scaffolding, is economical, and is not subject to height restrictions. It also avoids hidden dangers caused by high-altitude scaffolding. Therefore, it has been widely applied to the construction of high-rise buildings in the 1990s and has achieved good economic benefits. However, because such scaffolds are not designed to be reasonable, safety devices are not perfect, and the construction organization and management are weak, safety accidents occur from time to time, and among them, monolithic lifting scaffolds are mostly present. The main problems of the overall lifting scaffold are: 1) The overall design has a low safety factor; 2) the structure of the frame is not reasonable, and the strength and rigidity are not sufficient; 3 the power system itself has defects; 4 safety devices are not reliable or lack safety devices.
