党章是规范和指导全党行为的总章程,是各级党组织坚持从严治党的根本依据,也是全体党员加强党性修养的根本标准。学习贯彻党章,对于进一步坚定理想信念,提高道德修养,发扬党内民主,严明政治纪律,强化监督制约,加强制度建设具有重要意义。本刊将连续刊发《十七大党章系列党课》,敬请关注。
The party constitution is the general regulation governing and guiding the whole Party’s conduct, the fundamental basis for party organizations at all levels in upholding the party to be strictly controlled, and the fundamental standard for all party members in strengthening party spirit cultivation. To study and implement the party constitution is of great significance to further strengthening ideals and beliefs, raising moral integrity, carrying forward inner-party democracy, strict political discipline, strengthening supervision and restriction, and strengthening system construction.
