在城乡统筹发展视角下,我国小城镇在发展过程中仍然存在着重复建设、产业结构层次低、布局混乱等问题,影响到了小城镇工业园的开发。为此,为了打造一个健康有序的工业园发展环境,需在小城镇工业园规划建设中,突出其建设特性,同时,从规划设计角度,解决小城镇工业园发展中存在的问题。本文从小城镇工业园发展困境分析入手,并详细阐述了城乡统筹视角下小城镇工业园的具体规划方法,旨在推动我国小城镇的迅速发展。
From the perspective of overall development of urban and rural areas, the development of small towns in our country still has the problems of repeated construction, low-level industrial structure and disarrayed layout, which affects the development of small-scale industrial parks. To this end, in order to create a healthy and orderly industrial park development environment, it is necessary to highlight the construction characteristics in the planning and construction of industrial parks in small cities and towns and at the same time to solve the problems existing in the development of industrial parks in small cities and towns from the perspective of planning and design. This article starts with the analysis of the predicament of industrial development in small cities and towns and elaborates on the detailed planning methods of industrial parks in small cities and towns under the perspective of urban and rural areas in order to promote the rapid development of small cities and towns in our country.
