对改革的成就作足够的估计,对存在的问题作实事求是的具体分析,对改革关键时期的困难和矛盾作充分的精神准备,团结全国各族人民同心同德,按照中央的决策,艰苦创业,渡过改革的关键时期,逐步建立社会主义商品经济新秩序,这是当前整个舆论宣传的基调,当然也是报纸、通讯社、电台等新闻单位的宣传基调。
