随着我国法制化的不断深入发展及企业间对合同维权意识的增强,合同管理越来越受到企业的重视。本文通过对传统煤炭企业在合同管理方面存在的问题入手,就如何加强企业合同管理水平提出建议。
With the continuous development of the legal system in our country and the enhancement of the awareness of contract rights protection among enterprises, contract management has drawn more and more attention from enterprises. This paper starts with the problems existing in the contract management of the traditional coal enterprises and puts forward suggestions on how to strengthen the management level of the enterprises.
