法学期刊是以反映法学研究为主要内容,以探讨、传播和弘扬法学思想和现代法治理念为目标,以刊登法学研究报告、法学学术论文及综合评述为主要内容的期刊。法学期刊在办刊宗旨以及载文导向上,是侧重案例分析、司法实践,还是侧重法学理论、法学典籍,对于其读者,甚至司法研究和实践都有着深刻的影响。本文拟对比大陆和台湾地区法学期刊的异同,提供分析和比较,发现问题和解决途径,以期为法学期刊的定位提供些许参考。
Juridical journals are journals that mainly focus on the study of jurisprudence, and aim at exploring, spreading and promoting the concept of legal science and the modern concept of the rule of law, and publish journals of legal studies, journals on academic law, and comprehensive reviews as their main content. Jurisprudence journals in the purpose of the publication and the orientation of articles, focusing on case analysis, judicial practice, or focus on jurisprudence theory, law books, for its readers, and even judicial research and practice have a profound impact. This article intends to compare the similarities and differences between legal journals in mainland China and Taiwan, provide analysis and comparison, find out the problems and solutions, and provide some references for the positioning of journals.
