所谓家庭暴力,是指发生在家庭范围内的暴力行为。家庭暴力是古今中外家庭常见的一种带有普遍存在的全球性的问题。家庭中的弱者,如妇女、儿童、老人、残疾人都有可能成为家庭暴力的受害者,家庭暴力和父权制传统陋习,它严重危害妇女身心健康,侵犯妇女合法权益,破坏社会稳定和发展,已引起全社会的关注。家庭是社会的基本单元。笔者认为,反家庭暴力,主要应做好三件事:一是预防暴力的发生;二是制裁施暴者;三是向受害者提供各种形式的援助和保护。因此,预防、制止和惩治家庭暴力,需要全社会共同努力。
The so-called domestic violence refers to the violence that occurs within the family. Domestic violence is a ubiquitous global problem common to both Chinese and foreign families at home and abroad. Weak families, such as women, children, the elderly and the disabled, may become victims of domestic violence, domestic violence and the traditional bad habits of patriarchy. They seriously endanger women’s physical and mental health, violate the legitimate rights and interests of women, and undermine social stability and development. Aroused the concern of the whole society. Family is the basic unit of society. The author believes that anti-domestic violence should be mainly done three things: First, to prevent the occurrence of violence; second, to impose sanctions on perpetrators; Third, to provide victims with various forms of assistance and protection. Therefore, prevention, suppression and punishment of domestic violence require the joint efforts of the whole society.
