目的:研究16层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像中的实时造影剂跟踪触发技术(Surestart)的最佳阈值。方法:60例患者行冠状动脉增强扫描。分别对照不同触发扫描CT阈值和心率下的冠状动脉成像效果,a组心率<70次/min,b组心率>70次/min。按从优到劣A、B、C3个质量等级,逐一对照2种检查方法图像质量并进行统计学分析。结果:160HU触发扫描组b组图像质量优,180HU组a组图像质量优。结论:Surestart最佳阈值为:以4.0ml/s为注射流率,心率<70次/min的CT阈值为180HU;心率大于>70次/min的CT阈值为160HU。
Objective: To study the optimal threshold of real-time contrast agent tracking triggering technique (Surestart) in 16-slice spiral CT coronary angiography. Methods: 60 patients underwent coronary artery enhanced scan. The results of coronary angiography under different threshold CT scan and heart rate were compared respectively. The heart rate of group a was less than 70 beats / min and that of group b was more than 70 beats / min. According to the quality of A, B, C3 from superior to inferior quality, one by one control two kinds of inspection methods image quality and statistical analysis. Results: The image quality of bHU group of 160HU trigger scanning group was excellent, and the image quality of group a of 180HU group was superior. Conclusion: The best threshold value of Surestart is: the injection threshold of 4.0ml / s is 180HU; the threshold of CT of heart rate <70 beats / min is 180HU; and the threshold of CT of heartbeat greater than 70 beats / min is 160HU.
