针对棒材穿水冷却过程,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了棒材温度场预报模型,研究了棒材穿水冷却过程中的热边界条件,分析了棒材温度场的分布及其变化规律。该模型的计算结果与实测值吻合较好,能够准确地预测棒材穿水冷却后的温度分布和最终的组织。
Aiming at the process of water cooling, the temperature field prediction model of bar material was established by using ANSYS finite element analysis software. The thermal boundary conditions during bar penetration were studied. The distribution and variation of temperature field of bar material were analyzed. The calculated result of the model is in good agreement with the measured value, which can accurately predict the temperature distribution and the final microstructure of the rod after water cooling.
