采用《工作家庭冲突》量表对167名职业女性进行调查以了解其工作家庭冲突状况及其影响因素,结果显示:职业女性在冲突的形式中,感知到的是压力冲突大于时间冲突;职业女性在工作家庭冲突中较多体验到的是工作-家庭冲突;“学历”对工作家庭冲突存在显著影响。
Using “Family Conflict” scale to investigate 167 career women to find out the status of their work-family conflict and its influencing factors. The results show that: in the form of conflict, professional women perceive that stress conflict is greater than time conflict; Work-family conflicts are more experienced in work-family conflicts; “education” has a significant impact on working-family conflicts.
